This beautifully rennovated 5* Gold Awarded accommodation retains many original features, with an interior fitted with the intention of exceeding all expectations. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, with everything from grantite worktops in the fully equipped kitchen, to a state of the art bathroom featuring a sauna. We have our own spring water supply and there is underfloor heating and double glazing throughout, with high ceilings and a fantastic open plan design to make the most of the natural light. Having bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor we can welcome visitors with mobility problems. Many visitors have commented that the photographs on the website don't do the accommodation justice, so come and see for yourselves!

Ground Floor

Entrance hallway with shelving storage cupboards and cloaks cupboard.

Lounge/dining room: The large lounge incorporates the dining area. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor landing. Three natural finish wooden pillars remain from the orginal barn structure. A barn window with arched patio door leads onto the patio with magnificent views towards Stoodley Pike. Ceramic tiled floor and carved stone fireplace housing an open fronted wood or coal burning fire. Bang and Olufsen HD flat-screen TV with FreeSat-HD, DVD, radio/CD. 3 leather settees. There is a solid wood dining table and comfortable high backed dining chairs. An attractive stone wall separates the dining area from the kitchen.

Bespoke Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen has a ceramic stone floor matching the lounge/dining area and a range of high quality units with granite worktops. There is also a curved granite breakfast bar. There is a Smeg six burner gas hob with electric oven, grill and extractor fan. There is a dishwasher, large Whirlpool fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 2: Ideal for visitors with mobility problems. Superking or twin beds. Solid wood double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Full length mirror and ceramic tiled floor. Windows to the front with magnificent views.

Landing: Beamed landing with original roof truss. Access to bedroom 1, TV/games console room and bathroom.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with superking or twin beds. Solid wood double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets and full length mirror. The bedroom has original features including original roof truss carefully restored to support the high pitched ceiling. Views along the valley towards Hebden Bridge from the traditional Venetian window with padded window seat.

Outside

Aswell as the awe inspiring views across the valley, there is a gravelled parking area which can accommodate many cars. The large cobbled and paved patio areas adjoin the lounge/dining area with raised flower beds bordering the patio. Garden furniture and BBQ available.

Free range duck and hen eggs may be available. There are fields available to use.

Games Room: The detached garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis table, table football and dart board. There is also space to store bikes.

Luxury bed linen and towels are included. Guests will receive a welcome pack. A travel cot & high chair are available upon request. Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials available.
